For 11 years, the Spooky Mad Science Expo has brought young people, families, educators, scientists, engineers, universities, businesses, and community organizations together for an unforgettable celebration where science meets Halloween.

The City of Alexandria will present a formal Proclamation recognizing October 17 as Spooky
Mad Science Expo Day in Alexandria, with the Mayor and City Council attending the event. After 11 years of bringing science, families, and community partners together, we’re proud to
celebrate this milestone with the city we call home.
